Preston St Mary
The Parish Council is preparing a Neighbourhood Plan. A Neighbourhood Plan is a community-led planning document that will set out a shared vision and local planning policies for our village. Once made (adopted), it becomes part of the planning framework used to decide local planning applications.
The Parish Council has set up a steering group to guide the development of this important Plan. The group is chaired by Councillor David Humpreys.
All homes have had a survey delivered which is residents' chance to tell the Council what matters most to you and what you would like to see protected or improved. www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/PSM-Survey/
The closing date for responses was 9th October and the steering group will be reviewing responses. A feedback session for the village will be planned soon.
